Consumer Mediation and International Dispute Resolution
Raxta promotes transparency, trust, and dialogue as priority means to resolve any differences or complaints that may arise between users and the platform.

The customer service team will analyze the request and strive to resolve the case amicably, confidentially, and within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with the laws applicable in the user's country of residence.
🇪🇺 Consumer Mediation in the European Union
In accordance with Articles L 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers in the European Union can contact a consumer mediator to resolve disputes related to the use of the platform.
According to Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission offers an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for disputes between consumers and businesses within the European area:

For users located in the United States, Raxta adheres to the principles of commercial arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) recognized by federal and state law.

Users may resort to local conciliation mechanisms or send their complaint directly to Raxta to be channeled through an accredited entity in their country.
